Chances are, if you've been in the shop when our manager Brian is there - you've met Scruffy. He's incredibly small, and looks like an Ewok born in the Bright Tree Village of Endor. A tiny king sitting on his cashwrap throne.
He has been a mascot at the shop for over 10 years now, and everyone that meets him immediately falls in love with his shocked-looking hair, almost human eyes, tiny bear face, and feisty demeanor.
